As the owner of Venetian Blind Carpet One I have developed a charitable giving program to provide funding for worthy community non-profits. I have decided to redirect my advertising dollars from print, radio and television to charity donations.
The program is structured so that when I am personally contacted by a client who desires new flooring, counter-tops, or interior window fashions and a sale is concluded then I will donate 5% of the total sale ( materials, labor and tax ) to the the Nehemiah Center.
It is my fervent prayer that other Houston businesses will adopt this model in order to help the less fortunate among us. I think that God will bless this heartfelt endeavor.
