  We received notification from the Children's Learning Institute that our Pre-K 4's classroom has successfully met the criteria to be a "Certified Texas School Ready Classroom".
  
• Aguilar Family Spotlight
  The Aguilar family has been with the Nehemiah for four years. Michelle attended Pre-K 3 & 4, and Valarie is in our Pre-K 4 program. Gabriela is currently a part of the Micro-finance group where she makes and sells jewelry. Mr. Aguilar volunteers at the Nehemiah Center each year.

• Micro-Enterprise Project
  A partnership with Nehemiah Center and the Rotary Club of Houston. This Micro-Enterprise Project includes mothers from the Third Ward area of Houston; who earn additional income for their families and raise funds for worthy projects in their community.
